Description

Bitpop is a style that samples and or remixes music and or sound effects from Video Games & Software to make something original. Bitpop originates from the late 70s with artists like Player [1] who used sound effects from Space Invaders make a now iconic Disco track. this style of music didn't get a name until the 1990s, when name "Bitpop" was coined.

NOTE: do not combine this style with the "Video Game Music" style, these aren't soundtracks to video games.
